The app guides users through a three stage job application process with 40+ forms of various complexity, complete with instructional materials and video tutorials for completion and e-signature. Admin users must review & approve each submitted form/document. Admin dashboard provides up-to-date info on all existing aplications.

Appplicants in their course of work spent much of their time on the road. It was a burden for them to find time to visit the office in person and fill out the application.

Having a number of applicants in the office for hours at a time was putting lots of stress on the company staff. Working with paper documents proved impractical and cumbersome.

PRIMARY GOALS
  • Provide option for applicants to fill out all the forms online in their free time using their mobile device or a computer.
  • Let staff review job applications online, at their convenience.
  • Create admin dashboard for simple access to all current and past job applications.

Best choice was to create a new e-store and migrate product and user data.

  • Replace old e-shop with one that offers all features of a modern e-store, and follows latest standards and safeguards, and looks modern.
  • Migrate all data from the old e-shop into the new one, rephrasing some content, and adding certain features.
HIGHLIGHTS

  • Created scripts for cleaning and refining relevant data, and for creating import data files
